Apprenticeship training will be provided by The Skills Company. You will also receive regular on the job training and support from your line manager.
Apprenticeship training will include:
• A Level 2 Financial Services Customer Adviser Apprenticeship
• Functional skills in Maths and English if required
• Employment Rights and Responsibilities
These are permanent roles including a 2 Year Professional Apprenticeship Development Programme.
Although full training will be given you should be educated to A level or Level 3 equivalent.

Post Title: Financial Services Apprentices
(Customer Care, Mortgage Processing, Quality Assurance Processing, Recovery Assistant)
Location: Cheadle, Cheshire
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Holiday: Minimum 25 days + 8 days bank holiday
Salary: £11,000 per year plus annual bonus and benefits (pension, subsidised canteen, life assurance, critical illness cover, health cash plan, private medical insurance, regular team/individual incentives, travel season ticket loans, Ride to Work scheme, child care vouchers, free gym access and local bar/restaurant discounts.
The National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
Type: 2 Year Professional Apprenticeship Development Programme. You’ll be given a permanent role with a good starting salary from the moment you join the company, as well as the opportunity to build your experience and confidence in the workplace, gaining relevant qualifications as you go.
