How We Work
At New Futures Recruitment we recruit all types of education professionals for our clients such as Lecturers, Tutors (including E2E and Skills for Life), NVQ Assessors and Internal Verifiers, as well as Senior Managers, Business Development (sales and marketing, employer engagement and IAG) and Business Support Staff (including administration, marketing, finance, technical and HR).
• Our recruitment team are specialists in the Further Education and Work Based Learning sector, so you can be confident that they understand the needs of your business and the roles for which you are recruiting.
• We believe that in order to fully understand the skills and experience a candidate has, we need to talk to them about your specific job. This is why we conduct an in depth screening interview with all candidates against your job specification, to ensure that they match your requirements and that your job meets their expectations. We do this before we send their CV across to you and accompany it with a commentary telling you what we have found out about the candidate and how they match your job specification.
• New Futures Recruitment will advertise your vacancies across a wide range of media at no cost to you. Regularly reviewing the performance of our advertising, we will find the best advertising for your roles and ensure your job gets viewed by as many job seekers as possible.
• We will also search our own database of candidates, as well as across a network of CV databases, to find the right candidates.
